Manual lymph Drainage is a very special type of massage designed to stimulate the lymphatic system. The hand movements and sequences are adapted for each person. Each session will last one hour.

The session follows a particular sequence, using a series of massage techniques, including stretching, compressing, gliding, and cupping motions.‌ This stimulates the lymphatic vessels which carry substances vital to the defence of the body and removes waste products. The method makes the lymph fluid move easily through the nodes and tissues, making sure the fluid doesn't get trapped anywhere.

Unlike the "normal" massage MLD begins at the neck and moving towards the peripheries to help the flow of lymphatic fluid.
