STUDIO POLICIES

Maidstone stress-relief strives to give you the best massage experience to each and every sessions. In order to provide stress-free services where I can focus on meeting your needs, please respect and follow Maidstone stress-relief policies. 

FIRST VISIT

Please arrive for your massage appointment at least 5-10 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time for a relax and prepare for your treatment. Be mindful that arriving late may limit your time on the table.

LATE POLICY

If late arrival is inevitable, your massage treatment will be shortened to ensure the next guest is not delayed. 

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

Maidstone stress-relief requires at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule, cancel, or modify your appointment in any way. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

The Mellow Massage Studio accepts cash, MasterCard, Visa as payment. Contactless payments accepted.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

Studio guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The guests concert forms must be completed and then, signed by the parent or guardian prior to the start of the service.

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and studio menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. We love having you as a guest but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR POLICY 

Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to massage whatsoever. Any insinuation or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behavior exhibited we may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary. 

Treat your therapist with respect and dignity and you will be treated the same in return.
